May 16 Forum Presenter Featured in INC. Last Week

I am delighted Dave Griffith has accepted my invitation to speak at our May 16 Breakfast Forum. In my work with Dave on developing independent family business boards, I’ve experienced him as a warm-hearted truth teller and creative problem solver who delivers results. Indeed someone you want on your team!

After a successful career at IBM, Dave was invited by his wife’s father to lead their family business, Modern Group, where he currently serves as Board Chair. Dave also serves as Director and Chairman on family business boards which include Delaware Valley Floral Group and Hoober Inc.

A nationally recognized speaker on the issues of Leadership, Governance and Family Business, Dave is also a guest lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania, Temple and Rutgers.

Dave was recently featured in INC: This Corporate Executive and Non-Profit Director Busts the Myths About Working for Non-Profits. In the article, Dave explores several false assumptions commonly held about non-profits.
