  • Brandon McVaugh, G3 President, Laboratory Testing, Inc, Hatfield, PA
    • Brandon will share his journey from outside experience to being selected as the G3 President of Laboratory Testing Inc in 2020.  Brandon is one of 6 G3 shareholders and also serves on their Advisory Board.  Learn how LTI developed written Fundamentals to help live out their Core Values that helped to create an intentional culture of teamwork, performance, and accountability. Brandon and Lynne have been married for over 10 years and are parents to two young children, Ethan and Lilian.
  • Jim Smucker, G4 Non-Family President, Keim Lumber, Charm, OH
    • Jim was selected by Keim’s Board to serve as their first non-family President in 2019.  Jim grew up in his family business, Bird-In-Hand Corp (restaurant & hotel business), Bird-In-Hand, PA, where he served as President.  Jim worked there for 27 years and continues as Shareholder.  Over the years Jim earned a masters and Ph.D in Management and spent seven years as a leader in higher education as Dean and Vice President at Eastern Mennonite University. Jim and his wife Ann have been married for 34 years, have three adult children and 2 grandchildren.  Jim is an avid long-distance runner.
