Tara Bahn is a 5th generation family member who joined the business in 2014 after a successful 10 year career in both litigation at the Department of Justice and transactional work at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Tara is one of 390 shareholders and 4,000 team members. She is currently the Director of Shareholder Services and in this role, develops and administers shareholder policies, serves as the liaison between the company and family members’ legal, financial, and other professional advisors. Tara also serves as facilitator of the Clemens Family Owners Board.

Nellie is a 3rd generation shareholder of Lincoln Investment Planning LLC, along with 23 other family shareholders, certain minority execs and reps, and a minority equity firm. Nellie currently serves as a full-time Virtual Service Coordinator in their family enterprise. She is treasurer of the Forst Family Council which hosts biannual family shareholder meetings, plans family reunions, and maintains their Family Business Constitution. Lincoln is currently expanding G2’s board to include Nellie and 2 cousins. Nellie is a valued member of our Women in Family Business Leadership Lab, and on Ambler Borough Council.”
