Learn how to message the SUPERPOWER of your family enterprise!

Hear firsthand how a successful 2nd Generation Family CEO and Family VP of Global Business & Strategic Development found their SUPERPOWER with the help of their Strategic Branding expert, Whitepenny!

What to Expect

Enterprising families literally possess an in-born competitive advantage but sometimes struggle to express their “Superpower” in their brand. Your family name/brand is a Balance Sheet asset that must be preserved, protected, and invested in.

Is it time to push through all the confusion regarding Branding vs. Marketing, Brand Building/Brand Architecture, and Brand Strategy and create a consistent (Controlling) Family Narrative across businesses, platforms, charities, etc.?

Travis Coley and Jon Cofsky from Whitepenny will lead us through an interactive brand audit and brand development process. You will have an opportunity to see them in action as they “show” the transformation of Xerimis and hear the resulting impact.

Carol Sue Bernardo, the G2 CEO of Xerimis, a 2nd-generation family enterprise, will walk through the Bernardo’s family process of identifying their “Superpower” along with Jim Locascio who is a 1st-Round Family Draft Pick and the architect of Xerimis’s global expansion.

Founded in 1990, the Bernardo family enterprise based in Moorestown, NJ, has been serving the clinical packaging needs of pharmaceutical companies around the globe. The Bernardo family has defined their “voice” in a comprehensive brand strategy – including message, visual design, and digital presence – to compete effectively against much bigger competitors around the world.

Check out this 60-second clip of Travis explaining the difference between Brand and Marketing during our last President’s Peer Group:
