Brenda Delp grew up in nearby Souderton.  Like her mother, Brenda chose an initial career in nursing (BS in Nursing, Goshen College).  She has had a wide-ranging career with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) including pediatric primary care, After Hours phone triage, and serving as a Nurse Coordinator for CHOP’s Eating Disorder Clinic downtown.  Brenda also spent some time working for Bayada Hospice in Warrington.  Family is very important to Brenda; she is grateful that nursing allowed a flexible schedule to prioritize time at home with her three children.  In her more recent post-nursing career, she has enjoyed working with older adults in managing smooth transitions into older adult communities.

Brenda enjoys working with people, maintains a calm presence while multi-tasking, has a thoughtful approach to problem solving, and attends well to details. She brings a sense of humor, a healthy dose of gratitude, and a gracious spirit to her life and work. Brenda enjoys working closely with both staff and clients in her Client Coordinator role at the Family Business Center. Brenda and her husband Randy of 29 years have three adult children. She enjoys the beach, taking long walks with friends, and treasures time spent with family.
