Linda is an experienced Career Assessment & Development Consultant with over 20 years of experience helping individuals assess their strengths and make career and life choices. Linda is also a licensed administrator of SIMA® (System for Identifying Motivated Abilities), an assessment process which identifies and describes the motivated strengths of individuals. Linda also is a certified Who do you think you are? Coach and a Qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) and Strong Interest Inventory® Assessment Practitioner.
As a Master Career Development Professional, a designation earned by the National Career Development, Linda utilizes her experience as a Career Management Consultant with Right Management, a leader in outplacement services, coaching hundreds of candidates yearly in their transitions. To support her passion to provide counseling young adults and adults in transition, Linda also completed a master’s degree in Counseling.
Past experiences include working as a career counselor within a university, serving as a Workshop Coordinator at a county unemployment office, and operating a resume business. As a job search support group leader and workshop presenter, Linda has developed curriculum and presented workshops such as: Live Your Calling, Finding Your Fit, How to Write a Resume that Gets Results, Effective Interviewingand How to Cut Your Job Search Time in Half throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.
Linda lives in Montgomery County, PA, with her husband and enjoys spending quality time with their three rising adult children.
