Overview

This questionnaire is designed to help us understand your current thinking and help you prepare for upcoming the meeting to talk about the future (5-10 years) of your Family Enterprise.

For spouses or family members involved or not in the family business, you are a full family member. We ask that you please share your thoughts on this questionnaire. You are welcome to respond N/A if you feel it doesn’t apply.
