Overview

Welcome to BaseCamp, the first phase of our engagement with business families!  This questionnaire is designed to begin to hear the voice – the hopes, questions, concerns, and perspectives – of each family member and other key persons in the family business system.  It is our hope that reflecting on and answering the questions will prepare you and us for our in-person conversation.

Your confidential responses will not be shared with others; we welcome your open and honest perspectives. You are welcome to respond N/A if a question doesn’t apply.
