Lisa Daniel
As Chair of the Education Committee within Lodge Cast Iron’s Family Council, Lisa is passionate about fostering effective communication among family members. Her initiatives include creating a comprehensive family website, digitizing important family documents and histories, and establishing a family communication framework. She was elected to the Family Council in 2022, where she continues to strengthen family engagement through innovative strategies.

Jay Daniel
Recently appointed as Board Chair, Jay Daniel has dedicated 17 years to transforming Lodge’s governance structure, emphasizing board independence and continuity. Jay is instrumental in Lodge’s commitment to governance practices that support both family and non-family leadership, exemplified by the recent appointment of the first non-family CEO in company history. His efforts have strengthened the board’s role as a bridge between shareholders and the business, ensuring Lodge’s legacy is preserved for future generations.
