Frank is an executive leader, consultant, trainer, and coach with over twenty-five years of experience in family business, healthcare, professional services, telecommunications, higher education, financial services, and nonprofit sectors.
He is adept at improving organizational performance through a combination of assessments, consulting, team building, and coaching. His work with dozens of clients during his career – including Glaxo Smith Kline, AstraZeneca, Merck, UnitedHealthcare, MindBody Inc., and The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation – gives Frank a unique and valuable perspective on owner and corporate initiatives tied to culture, sales performance, executive leadership, team building, and employee engagement.
As a competitive rower for 35 years, Frank enjoys pushing himself to see what he can achieve. He brings the same discipline, focus, and energy to his client projects, leadership and coaching, and course design and teaching. Frank has an MBA from Drexel University, and an MPH from Temple University. Frank enjoys serving charitable organizations in the Delaware Valley, and lives in Bryn Mawr with his wife, Daphne.
Frank is also an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University and at Thomas Jefferson University, where he creates and teaches graduate courses on leadership, strategic planning, team dynamics, and organizational performance. He consistently receives high ratings from his students in subject knowledge and expertise, teaching skill, attention to student needs, and course design.
