Richard Seaman is the second-generation owner, Board Chair, and former president and CEO of Seaman Corporation. After stepping into leadership at a young age, he guided the company through significant growth, major transitions, and the development of strong governance practices that continue to shape the enterprise today. Over his decades of leadership, Dick oversaw the company’s expansion into a national industry leader while fostering a family culture rooted in stewardship and long-term continuity. Today, he remains an active voice in preparing the next generation and advancing the vision for the family’s enduring legacy.

About Kimberly Seaman

Kimberly Seaman is a third-generation shareholder, Board Director, Executive Director of Family Foundation, and Family Council member of Seaman Corporation. She brings deep experience in family enterprise governance, philanthropy, and organizational leadership, having served on the Seaman Corporation Board since 2007 and as a longtime leader of the Seaman Family Council. With a background in communications, nonprofit development, and cross-functional business training, Kim combines strategic insight with a strong commitment to community, education, and the arts.
