Featuring: Dr. Jodi Berg, Former G4 CEO of Vitamix, Leadership Advisor, International Speaker, and Author

Featuring: David Griffith, Senior 5 MOUNTAIN® Coach, Board Chair, Independent Director to Family Enterprises

As the G4 President/CEO of Vitamix, Dr. Berg strategically led Vitamix into becoming an iconic brand in the 2000’s. This 100-year-young family business changed the way we prepare food!

The Barnards became passionate about whole-food nutrition after finding a natural remedy for a family member’s chronic illness. They embraced vegetarianism and eliminated sugar and caffeine from their diets, witnessing the benefits firsthand and becoming advocates for whole foods. The founder pioneered the first U.S. infomercial showcasing how the Vitamix blender promotes healthier eating habits.

Join us to learn:

How Dr. Berg’s personal and professional experiences helped her move through the inevitable family business and marketplace complexities while:

  • Creating an iconic brand that had a leading role in the whole food movement
  • Developing a powerful purpose-driven culture
  • Leading through the profound challenges of the pandemic
  • Giving a voice to the shareholder group through VOICe (Vitamix Owners Interest Council)

In addition, Dave Griffith will present Strategic Budgeting & Forecasting Process – a financial management tool that he introduces and uses with boards and in coaching engagements.

Bring your family, shareholders, key managers, and board members and learn together along with other enterprising families!
