During her tenure, she founded the Family Council to strengthen family involvement and support leadership transitions. Anne’s values-driven leadership has been instrumental in maintaining Midmark’s commitment to its community and fostering NextGen leadership through initiatives like the Associate Board Director Program. Under her guidance, the board has a robust independent membership and maintains a purposeful turnover for fresh perspectives.
